Norvany ships orders worldwide in GBP.
At checkout, customers can choose between the shipping options currently available for their destination. Our current worldwide shipping options are:
- Free Shipping (7-15 business days) — GBP 0.00
- Express Shipping (5-8 business days) — GBP 9.99
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier operations, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
After an order is placed, we process it as quickly as reasonably possible. If tracking information is available, it will be provided by email once the order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@norvany.shop. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after fulfilment has started.
